Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022 – Category: Sustainable Solutions
HydroBall clinched the top honour in the Sustainable Solutions category at the Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022. Recognised for our groundbreaking work in sustainability, HydroBall’s patented Automatic Tube Cleaning System, the Non-Powered HydroBall System, stood out for our remarkable contribution to reducing energy & water wastage in both commercial and industrial buildings.
The Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards 2022 held on 21 November 2022 acknowledges businesses whose operations or solutions demonstrated excellence in embodying the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of environment, human rights, labour and anti-corruption. The event also celebrated firms that have contributed greatly to social well-being, environmental health, and the economy.
"We are delighted to win this award for our sustainable solution, which symbolises our commitment to attaining Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives in line with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs). At Hydroball Technics Holdings, it's our corporate mission to help to reduce Singapore’s greenhouse gas emission by 1%, which will amount to 258,800 metric ton reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. To do this, our company aims to minimize consumption, waste and pollution by maximising efficiency and recycling.
